Issue 14 update
week 2 opportunities
Hi!
Nearly a week into the process of starting up issue 14. So far we've shared 6 prompts and missed one write-along- my fault entirely.
It's been a joy to see little bits of writing from our tiny group. I've even inspired myself to write.
I've loved creating the daily prompts and I'm wondering how I might share them more widely after this break two week break.
Here is a little glimpse:
There is more than enough space for anyone who would like to join us for the second week. You can join here and enjoy as many prompts as you'd like, with the option for feedback on your writing and write-alongs. You'll also have a guaranteed spot in issue 14, a copy sent to you when we get there and the joy of supporting a lovely, tiny group of creators.

It’s been a week, and I’ve had to carve out time to sit and write. I was just lamenting to my Dad (who has travelled to Europe to visit) that I miss my free mornings where I was able to sit and write. My schedule these days doesn’t allow for the best creativity so here I am, in between cups of tea and cleaning up on a long weekend to scribble.
I’m going to get to it. My folks leave in 4 days and then I’m going to give it my best.
Weirdly, at prompt 1, I find myself floundering. Footprints merge with footsteps and grounding and I cannot seem to find a good entry point from which to launch.
I’m thinking of sitting with you this afternoon (Saturday write along), I assume I’ll need to check time zones?
